The World Famous SlickRock Trail

I celebrated my birthday on April 9, 2005 by riding the world famous mountain bike trail ... Slick Rock. The Slick Rock trail is a 12 mile loop across a scenic and rugged expanse of rolling Navajo sandstone located just outside of Moab, Utah. The uncanny traction provided by the sandstone allows riders to conquer incredibly steep ascents. Since it discovery by Mountain bikers in the 80s this trail is generally considered to be the world's greatest mountain experience. This trail was the focus of my entire trip ... and it did not disappoint. I have ridden more scenic and even more technical trails ... but this trail has to be the most fun you can have on a mountain bike.

Hi,
i am tom's father in law. i have been told this place is great, but not as well as you did.

we are headed to Zion this weekend. have you been there? is it worth taking a bike?
