When you have too many balls up in the air at once, you're bound to drop at least one of them.

It was an insanely hectic day. I've been trying to dig out of the pile since getting back from my conference and I was feeling that my shovel was way too small. The pace was faster than normal at the hospital and I found myself literally running! As it got way too late into the evening, I "got off of the train" to eat some dinner...instant curry and rice. One should never eat such a meal, though, on the couch. Pretty soon, I had drifted off only to wake up past the horrible witching hour. It was Wednesday and Tuesday had slipped by without my knowing...and, without having shot my photograph for the day! One of my fears is that I'll start running through life as a series of sprints and miss the opportunity to enjoy my beautiful surroundings as I would on a stroll. But, to run all the trails that I find rewarding requires that I keep the pace up. It's balance that has always been so elusive to me.

257 days in a row with 108 days left in the project. Now, I've got to decide whether to pick up the ball that I dropped or just let it lie there on the ground.
