New experiences can be exciting but also scary.
This is Kobe (a.k.a. Cinch). Cinch is a city-dog. He has a loving mom, and gets to take many walks plus trips to the dog-park. However, there aren't too many swimming holes in NYC for Cinch to explore.
It was kinda fun to watch Cinch experience a body of water for the first time...though, in hind-sight it was a little mean. Cinch learned very quickly that you cannot walk ON water! Plunk, there he goes into the brink!
At first, Cinch was a little startled but then decided that he loves water. He pounched, dove, and even swam at one point.
It was wonderful to experience the simple joy Cinch found in this new experience. It could have gone either way. With an open mind and a free spirit, jumping in with both feet (or all four in this case) can yield some happy results.
