I know that this is not the most flattering photo but it I think it captured the spirit of the day well.
I stopped off at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Board Review Course again today. I've finished my board exams already but I thought it would be a good opportunity to review some important information.
Being a physician is demanding and often results in less than optimal opportunities to rest. For residents, taking care of patients is not the only demand. This course is 10 days long and comprises of about 10 hours of lectures each day. It can result in such fatigue that one can fall asleep sitting up.
I know because I woke up from a nap just moments before I snapped this shot.
