17th of may is the Constitution Day of Norway and everybody is out watching the childrens parade. This year it was raining again.
This picture is taken in my hometown Halden in the southernparts of Norway close to the border of Sweden. You can se the back of all the parents og grandparents watching their sons, daughters and grandchildren passing by.
