"Taking Aim"
I used to play darts when I was in the Navy and actually shot really well. I haven't played for years, but I bought a cheap set of darts today. I still have my nice board, and I'll hang it up soon.

Canon 20D, Canon 50mm f1.4 lens
I set up some white foam board behind me and used an Alien Bees 800 strobe to light it. I put a second Alien Bees 800 strobe directly to my right (left side in photo) with a Brolley box. I placed another piece of white foam board to my left (right in the photo) to fill in my dark side. The camera was tripod mounted, with a Sigma 500 DG Super flash with Stofen Omnibounce pointed at the ceiling. The flash was set on manual at 1/64th power, and I used it to trip the Alien Bees, and to also provide a little fill flash to the front of my face. Photo taken using wired remote.
Exposure mode: Manual, ISO 200, 1/250 sec, f 13.0

other sizes: small medium original auto
