This is my nephew James. I played with this a little in Photoshop, the most noticeble change is the 'graininess' I added.

I like this one even better than the other I commented on. The noise in the image adds to it. I think I'll try something like this with my son in my January PAD (after I finish my self inflicted Christmas theme!)
