February 19

These words echo through my mind the last few days...
"I've been disappointed at men in general...no offense to you!" It wasn't aimed directly at me, yet
I felt as though it might as well been me. When I first heard it, I didn't think much of it, until
later on, I kept thinking about it. I guess what struck me most was who said this to me.

I took a pic of my wallet, my new phone and my old watch! I got the BlackBerry Pearl on Feb 1 and
I've been enjoying this nifty little gadget, I have to say, it's been very cool being able to
connect to the internet on the go, I can check email, weather, news, sport scores, where ever, when
ever. That's just pretty cool I have to say! I've been pretty pleased with the battery life and it
also looks pretty slick!

I've decided to wear my old watch, it was a gift to me some 10+ years ago by my friends in college,
it brings back lots of memory, and I decided to put in a new battery and strap it on me because I
want to be reminded of the old days, some 10+ years ago when time was much simpler, clearer,
more free and less complicated...not because they were, but it was just because I was more naive and
everything seemed clear cut. I wear this watch to remind me of how I used to be, lighter, more free.
Even back then I felt like I was able to think clearly, but now it's clear as mud. Maybe now I've
been through a lot, seen even more and heard a lot worse. I guess I wear this watch to remind me of
how it used to be, where it's heading and what time it is.

I haven't updated in a while, and thanks to KiKi for reminding me that I ought to keep up with this
blog as it allows me to express my thoughts and feelings, and when you do that, it's always good!
Thanks for constantly checking out this site as well! I much appreciate your support!!! It's good
to know that one has a stake holder.

Here's a little update on what I've been watching on DVD...

Wedding - It's a korean drama that my dad actually bought and watched! Usually all the love story
ends with marriage right? Well, this drama is about marriage and the afterwards of how complicated
it is. One of the female actress is really cute, even though she wasn't the lead, but her smile is
radiating! This drama basically boils down to making decisions with your heart or brain. As for me,
I can reall the times I use my heart to make a decision, even if it turns out bad, I never regret
making that decision in the first place, but whenever I use my brain, it has come back to bite me,
and I've regret it whole heartedly. This reminds me of V's discussion of guilt versus regret, guilt
is relatively quicker to forget, while regret usually last a lot longer.

i find 'disappointed/disappointment' a very tough word. i used this word on someone not long ago and have resent using it ever since.
