She sailed as Royal Viking Sun from 1988-1994 for Royal Viking, then for the short-lived Cunard Royal Viking Line
from 1994-1999. After three years as Seabourn Sun she was transferred to Holland America in 2002 and renamed Prinsendam.
Strangely Holland America's last Prinsendam burned and sank in the Gulf of Alaska in 1980, but they still reused the name --
maybe because there was no loss of life.
