Windows From Along The High Line

The High Line is a 1.45-mile-long elevated linear park created on an elevated section of a disused New York Central Railroad spur called the West Side Line, in New York City.
As you can see by the workers in the yellow vests this building is still being worked on.
It was quite a striking building.
