The MLX01-1 Mag Lev Experimental Train, this is one of the experimental trains for the proposed Chuo (Central) Shinkansen Line, they can get up to 585km/h! This train was on display at World Expo 2005.

James, great 'ordinary' shot of a very special train. I'm not specially a train freak but it Japan it is my most favourite way to travel. Love to catch this time some time in the future.
