Wonderful picture! Did you know that the Scots got their thistle from Israel? It's in the Bible, at Judges 8:4-16. Succoth should correctly be rendered as Scot, and here is the story of how the Scots/Succoth received the emblem of the thistle. The tribe of Gad are the Scots of today.
