Last time I was in Philly - over 20 years ago - I was driving a rental car and got behind one of those buses. Blindly followed the bus into a "buses only" lane and was stopped by a cop who gave me a greeting card welcoming me to town and charging a fee for the privilege. I haven't been back since.
