One of the most difficult...

things to do is extract an image from a background and retain detail in wispy hair. I've tried various tutorials with which I've traveled through channel mixers and channels on all sorts of circuitous and hard to remember travels to accomplish the hair extraction. While searching the web for a SIMPLE hair extraction method I came across Fabian's website with a very simple and easy-to-use method. I decided to make the plunge and pay $47 for the video tut, plus a couple of others and some backgrounds, and feel I got a bargain. I learned a heck of a lot more about Photoshop that hair extraction with this tut. http://www.digital-background.net/?hop=wellcome Click on "next" to see my results. (although I had to expand a bit on what I learned from the tut, since I didn't have a white background!)
