Eagle Fix

Selected the too-light areas, feathered the selections 5 pixels. Copied and pasted as a new layer and changed blend mode to "Multiply" - adjusted opacity with slider. Flattened image. Made a new blank layer. Changed blend mode to "Soft Light" and used a soft brush at 10% opacity to even out the joins.
Flattened image. Used the rubber stamp to even out background then selected background and applied Noise Ninja to further smooth.
