NOt a good idea compositionally to have a picture divided in the middle by a horizon line. Seemed the best part ot crop off here was the sky. Picture looked to yellow to me and also lacked contrast so I increased the contrast first with a curves adjustment and then applied a blue filter in Photoshop CS2 to tone down the yellow. Ended with a bit of Smart Sharpen. May have overdone the saturation :-)
