Made a rectangular copy of the bench back and paste it over the jacket. Used edit/transform/distort to make it fit better. Made another rectangular selection of the grass to cover the rest of the jacket and pasted that, then clones over it to make it fit. Finally made selections with the Magic Wand of the shoes and the dog's coat and used a shadow adjustment to bring in some detail (PS CS. Cropped a bit off the left of the picture. Sharpened with Focal Blade (Novice/Soft)
