Could this be another hybrid?

Dark, dingy afternoon and I spotted this squirrel with white on the back of its ears. I suspect it is a hybrid with one parent being a white squirrel.

All the grey squirrels in the Ozarks have the white ear spots. Yours seem a bit more prominent. We have no white ones though.
