Last night I attended a Meet and Greet for Eric Gash, who's running along with several other candidates, in a primary to replace the ill-prepared and toxic Madison Cawthorn in North Carolina's District 11.

It was the first time I used the Tamron 70-180 to record an event and other than the fact that for some reason I did something which threw the camera into manual focus so I couldn't use the Sony's excellent Eye Autofocus, it worked well. This lady was enthralled with what Gash had to say.
