Watching this video https://youtu.be/ONTP9KH3vw4 tonight and decided to test it with a stir fry that we'll have for lunch tomorrow. I had some green beans that had to be used so I microwaved them for 3 minutes and then added them with the rest of the veggies. I've never put green beans in a stir fry before. Tomorrow I will add some cashews. The sauce is delicious, but salty. Just found out Tiparos brand fish sauce has about 1/3 the salt of the Three Crabs brand that I used. For the remainder of the sauce that I have used I will add a good amount of water when I use it.
