I love to see what yummy dish Chris has posted in his recipe gallery. Here's the dish that reminded me that I had most of the ingredients in the house and didn't have to go out into Covidland to pick up some more. https://pbase.com/image/170938186

I substituted beansprouts and peas for the green beans and used Maggi sauce instead of teriyaki sauce. Also a bit of Mushroom Dark Soy for a little sweetness and a squirt of sesame oil. Topped it all off with toasted sesame seeds.

Not as pretty as Chris' dish, but delicious all the same.
