Challenge

Started in earnest yesterday after watching a video on how to season a carbon steel skillet. I am hoping that EVENTUALLY the skillet will be as nonstick as my wok, which has developed into the best nonstick wok I've had. No dishwashing liquid is allowed to touch it!

Do you use oil or salt to season the pan? I have tried both, but I think I don't use them often enough to keep the non-stick surface.
