First Milkweed Blossom Opening

So excited! From a little volunteer plant that arrived on our slope, it's been slowly growing and I've looked forward to having a butterfly attractant!

Olympus EM10 ii Olympus 60mm macro - sent from camera to phone, processed with Snapseed, uploaded to Facebook, saved from there to computer, tweaked in Photoshop! Lots of traveling for one image - sorry EXIF got lost! Oh...I remembered, ISO 1600. full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

That is just outstanding work, although it sure sounds like a lot of work to get it on Pbase! V.

Spectacular shot of this beautiful plant. The flowers and their scent are wonderful. Our milkweeds are a bit behind yours, but getting there! V
