I knew my husband would love these because he loves stollen. His only suggestion was that they should have more candied fruit in them, so next time I will add the entire 8 ounces of candied fruitcake fruit, instead of the 3/4 of a cup the recipe called for. Update: They keep well in the freezer and can be refreshed by nuking on defrost for 40 seconds (each) and then air frying for a minute or two, or putting in a toaster oven to crisp up a slight bit.
