Not going to post the recipe - there are a million online - just find one that suits your fancy. I made this because I picked up a box of prepared Pho seasoning at my Asian market. That certainly made gathering the proper spices very easy and the soup was delicious. It wasn't difficult to make, but it was messy and I wiped up the floor three times s things spilled while I was transferring ingredients. Next time I want pho I will get it in a restaurant. Posted this because I wanted to remind myself not to make it again!
