After yesterday's disaster and rewriting the directions, I completed a whole bunch of macarons and now have to concentrate on how to get different colors from one batch of batter - probably not possible! This one is filled with Biscoff cookie butter. I have a feeling that the next time I'm offered Biscoff cookies on an airplane and may skip them! Have to find some eggs that don't have such fragile shells. It was so hard to separate them without getting any yellow in the collected whites.
