I have to underexpose A LOT! (Of course, along with the detail you can see that the lamp fell over and smooshed the shade.)
The E-PL5 is very good in showing the level of ambient light on the lcd, so that, along with watching the histogram helps me produce an image that will reflect the light level that I see in my scene.
