There's something very satisfying about growing your own mung bean sprouts. I love this new set of colander sitting in a matching bowl for sprouting. I have to rinse the beans every five hours, while I'm awake. I'm not that dedicated to do it around the clock.
I've learned from experience that I definitely don't know to start one cup of beans! This time I down to 1/4 cup.
Plan is to use them in Pad Thai.
