Garlic chives are very "giving" plants. Their leaves make stir fries very tasty, their flowers are beautiful to look at, especially when bees are feeding at them, their seed heads are attractive, too.

They do,however, need a bit of trimming when they've dried up. These were part of a major cleanup yesterday.
