My husband doesn't give up...and he knew I didn't want a backsplash...and I don't want him ripping tiles off the wall...he's making good progress filling in the gap...with the help of a tile wet saw. Update: Tired of my nagging, DH will apply a little more grout at the bottom, to make the whole thing look a lot smoother.
