The photographer regretted the fact that the toes on the baby's left food were cut off, so I enlarged the canvas, selected it and then used content aware fill, which amazingly created a very realistic set of toes. A bit of cloning of the shirt and shaping of one toe and I think no one would notice the prosthestic add-on.
