Macro mode (not really necessary, but that's the way the camera was set), aperture priority, one-click white balance on white fur, resize down - no other processing. This is the little gem of a camera which will accompany my Olympus E-PL1 when we travel. Super terrific for macros. It's very basic - no histogram - I just know to use minus compensation if I have strong white highlights.
