in Hendersonville, North Carolina, an outstanding local eatery.
Fried Oysters over a bed of baby spinach with pickled red onion, toasted pine nuts and roasted butternut squash drizzled with apple aioli. Extremely yummy! Ooops! I almost forgot my side dish of "lobster grits". Quite delicious, as well, but I couldn't detect any presence of lobster. Update: Sadly closed.
