The double paned tinted glass in my windows seriously cuts down on the light so I have to use high ISOs to get decent shutter speeds. This Carolina wren would never be there if I went out on the deck without the cover of a blind (which I've decided it's too cold to use). Decided to try the camera's internal flash at a slant through the window. It can work very well.
