_MG_7389 What was that?

My 40D in high speed burst mode! This bird has the look of a baby. Could we have babies this early in Spring? I suspect it's a female pine siskin.

Seems very early for babies, maybe it is just fluffed up in the cold? It has a cocky little look to it.
