DSCF5039 Dryocampa rubicunda

The colors in this moth, which was in a shaded entryway, were very muted. Not as vivid as images I've seen posted on the web. It is also known as the "rosy maple moth" and was resting in the covered entryway of a restaurant we were about to enter. Of course I had my F30 with me, so I had to stoop down and grab a quick shot with the camera in manual mode with Auto ISO 400 set. The camera chose ISO 200.
