With no back yard ! your lucky to have a nice wide deck for your garden ! And it seems like 6 hr's of sun is just enough to ripen everything .

Lack of sun or not they look beautiful! I wish I had put in more green peppers this year, $1.29 for a pepper is ridiculous!
