Mike...Happy greetings from Northern California - U.S.A. Your Photo Gallery, "Every Now & Then" is so cool, also a reality in daily life. "SMASHED" caught my eye -- great work. Take a tour of my Abstract Art Gallery & post your comments: www.pbase.com/lille_mcghee
THANKS! (lille)

You can't beat a rusting wreck for cool shots. The question is: What made those holes? Around here it wouldn't surprise me if they were bullet holes ;->

Everytime I see this, it reminds me of this: http://www.pbase.com/rick_timmermann/image/52858821

such a great image...the broken glass, rust...beauty in the eye of the beholder. V

You've managed to create beauty out of the wreckage.

I think we saw a few of these yesterday.
Looked like a greenhouse inside though.

It’s very good, Mike. It’s nearly a graphic abstract symbolism…

Such irony in the seductive beauty of the spiderweb patterns in the glass, compared with the events that must have caused them. The low slung sunlight adds a touch of gold to the cracks. An image with both appeal and disturbance, making it quite effective indeed.
