The Keystone Barn

Out for a little "Painting" the other night.....It was about -4C with a -17C windchill.
The trees in this former farm yard yielded some much needed protection from that cutting wind.
The walk across the yard to get to barn in the dark was another story about 2 feet deep of snow.

Wonderful colours all around Mike. (How many times have you passed this barn waiting to paint it?)

I love the way you were able to "paint" the low clouds in the background. I gotta git me one of those 100,000,000,000 watt lights! :-) Was the light (blue hue) from all the snow? I see you were open for only 115s and some of the real dark ones were open for 400 + sec. I see the spot shining on the barn and some in front of the barn. I have so much to learn about painting. Keep it coming and I'll keep stealing what I can, and thanks by-the-way!

Wow! You sure do brave the elements for your beautiful shots and it is much appreciated! Just hope your face wasn't frozen blue out there! BraVo!

Beautiful colors and mood. The hard work paid off.

Hey Mike you need to invest in a pair of snowshoes :-) The "blue" makes this a very cool image.
