NYMR: Coaling Tower at Grosmont

I forget the correct name for this piece of equipment, but its purpose is to fill the tender of a steam locomotive in a matter of seconds. Coal is loaded into a hopper, the locomotive to be coaled is moved underneath, and the coal is dropped into the tender.

Quite why this particular locomotive, a Class 08 shunter, is parked here I don't know. As a diesel shunter, it certainly has no need of coaling!
