Priceless. From the facial expression to the dogs head you have really captured the moment V

a powerful image Ray.

I've shot a beggar by a cash machine. It's prime location for a beggar let's face it. I'm a left wing guy, but i realise that it's akin to emotional blackmail. But when you have to do what you have to do to get by, you have to be cut some slack

You don't need me to tell you that it's a good shot.

Ah oui... Paris, la Place Saint-Michel...
A very striking image indeed, with the juxtaposition of the two realities...
Not surprising at all for Paris, I would say.
Excellent. V

I'd heard that French ATMs were slow, but really...

My first thought was: 'They wanted to be first in line to buy concert tickets'.
But, sadly, I see no ticket window.

Reminds me of that early Steve McCurry pic of the homeless man sleeping outside a furniture shop. You've caught the reflected passers aswell. God it looks cold.
Sharon Rogers27-Feb-2006 13:59

You got some really cool pictures from your paris trip Ray! Ironical: "Banque Libre Service" - but not for everyone! Love the sad looking dog too! And the reflections of the surroundings on the left and in the mirror above!
