A natural rock formation a little ways up Monticello Rd. toward Lake Berryessa. I don't know when the pipe was first added to the formation, but it was long before I was a kid growing up in Napa. The bright red paint is a fairly new addition. Back in the '50s/'60s the pipe looked as old as the stone formation itself.
