Duffy for contributing this great old image of a parade on Palm Springs Mile that was taken by his deceased father Brendan P. Duffy. In the background you can see the Royal Castle on the northwest corner of W. 49th Street and W. 6th Avenue, the Eagle Army-Navy discount store behind the Royal Castle and the Goodyear Tire Store beyond the Eagle Army-Navy. On the left side you can see the International House of Pancakes sign and the Mr. Donut store beyond that.
