Turning The Page

Cheltenham Race Course

We have the Outlaws around today so we went to a fine art and antique fair at Cheltenham Racecourse.
……. Fine art, they should have called it bloomin’ expensive art…

We did see a lovely LS Lowry oil painting for half a million pounds

I found a stall specialising in products between the Wars.
They advertised items bought and sold… So I tried to sell the mother in law.
Anne said that was rather cruel, and I had to agree with her. It would be rather cruel on the poor stall holder!

This image is a sculpture at the entrance of the fair and symbolises the Cheltenham Literary Festival, which finishes tomorow

Now I am going back to watching the second half of England v Estonia at Wembley with my Father in Law
This is a prelude to the Rugby against Les Bleus this evening in Paris.

Love your story--You made me LOL--but even more, I love this shot. The starkness of it, the diagonals, the mystery. Enjoy your games AND your father-in-law!
