We only live one day at a time and once in this life but if
there was another time and another place I would
love to be the one to ask you out...be the Lover you had
always wanted...the lettering may change, the poems
become varied and age creep upon us on lonely
moonlit nights but another time, another place I would
love to have been the one you held down on a satin bed
handcuffed above and wake up next to you
every morning for the rest of my life....if I had
my life to live over another time, another place.....
