Looking down one's beak
11 March 2006 (176)

Fovant, Salisbury, UK

A couple of chaffinches were getting a little bit, er, 'frisky', earlier, at the back of the cottage;
and this woodpigeon obviously thought it all a little distasteful...!

Nikon Coolpix 8700
1/193s f/4.2 at 71.2mm iso200 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Do birds have expressions? Well if they do this one does not look amused. Well done details in this shot

I like Wood Pigeons, much tastier than the clay ones, mind you you've got to mind the spelks. Nice shot.
