It was sooooo cold this morning, that there was mist rising off the brook where the sun hit it.

(And the frost on the front lawn was still there as the sun set.)

The ducks (Posh and Beaks) were out, though: willing -- as always -- to be fed copious amounts of bread!
(Sometimes -- because they always seem to be waiting for me in a morning --
I think that they even know what time I get out of bed each day!)
