St Aldhelm's Head

Worth Matravers, UK

Sometimes also known as St Alban's Head, this is part of the South West Coastal Path, just south of Worth Matravers.

Ditto,seems like years since I attended the Summer service in the Clifftop Chapel,or wondered at the sense of putting the Radar memorial,atop a crumbling cliff.
Thanks for the memory.

It seems a very long time since I was up there; but I remember the chapel well... -- it had a very special atmosphere, and was a place of calm, even on a warm spring weekend.

Worth Matravers;one of the founding sites of RADAR.Nice memorial on clifftop,and a Norman chapel,still used in summer.
