Grand Central's facade

New York, NY view map

The facade above the 42nd Street entrance to Grand Central Terminal in New York City, as seen from 41st Street and
Park Avenue on a cold November morning. According to histories of Grand Central Terminal, the clock in this facade
contains the world's largest example of Tiffany glass. Sculptures of Minerva, Hercules and Mercury surround the clock.
The clock itself has a circumference of 13 feet; the facade is 48-feet high and was unveiled in 1914. Additional
images from New York City are in my Cities gallery.
