War Emblem, spending its retirement years at Old Friends Farm in Georgetown, Ky., earned almost $3.5 million
in its racing career, including winning the 2002 Kentucky Derby and Preakness. War Emblem's bid for the Triple Crown
was spoiled when 70-1 Sarava became the longest shot to win the Belmont.
